How does TestaDigi work?

1

Write & Configure Timers

TestaDigi saves your messages for the future, a message that you write and decide, in each message you set a timer. You just have to put the email of one or more recipients. You put what you want to communicate. And you set, for example, 24 hours.

2

Keep the Countdown Active

Every time we log into www.testadigi.com or the application, we stop that countdown and it starts counting that time again. If in those 24 hours we have not logged in. It will send the email directly to the recipients.

3

Alerts & Secure Delivery

If you wish, you can activate alerts to receive a notification when less than 25%, 10% or 5% of the time you have set remains. TestaDigi will remind you by email or via the app that if you do not want the scheduled emails to be sent, you just have to log in again.

Frequently Asked Questions

In the modern era, much of our life takes place in the digital environment. We have online bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, social networks, cloud photo albums, and confidential documents. However, very few people stop to think about what will happen to all these digital assets the day they are gone. The concept of "digital legacy" has become fundamental to ensure that our loved ones can access crucial information in case of emergency, illness, or death.

TestaDigi is born precisely as an innovative solution to this problem. Our scheduled alert system acts as an automated "digital will". By not detecting activity from you in a period of time that you define yourself, the platform is in charge of automatically sending the messages you have prepared to the people you trust. This avoids the permanent loss of vital information and saves legal and bureaucratic problems for family members.

Although TestaDigi was born with the digital legacy in mind, its mechanism—a message that is only sent if you don't "reset" it—is useful for much more than farewells. Some examples: Solo safety, Letters for the future, Closure or reconciliation, Care instructions, Business continuity, Whistleblower protection, Forced reminders. In all cases, your privacy is protected by design ("Privacy by Design"): your information only reaches who you decide, when you decide, and not even our technical team can access the content of your messages.

It does not replace a legal will; it is a complement to transmit information and instructions, not assets or legal provisions.

Messages in our database are encrypted with 256-bit encryption. Not even the technical team can see the messages. We provide the maximum security and privacy for your messages. But nothing is unhackable. That is why we always recommend putting passwords in a physical and encrypted place. So that with the messages you send they can decrypt it. Like an escape room!

Of course you can add files or videos without paying. You will have to put the link to where they are hosted. For example, if you have a video on YouTube, you can set it as unlisted and put the link here.

Important Recommendations

Sensitive data such as usernames and passwords should be stored in a physical place with difficult access. In the message, what we can do is give instructions on how to access this physical place or encrypt it.
